Today

Breakfast: wholemeal toast with peanut butter

Lunch: baked sweet potato with low fat cottage cheese

Dinner: homemade tomato and lentil soup & a slice of bread

Snacks: 2 oranges, 1 coffee (with low fat milk + sugar), slice of cheese

Drinks: water, green tea

Not toooo bad, i guess i could lower my carb intake a bit. 

I didn’t really exercise, but i just cleaned my room for about 3 hours (tidying, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry), does that count?
