Fat girl gets fab

Hi! I'm Kat, this is my weight loss blog.
I'm 5' 7", currently a size UK 16 (Euro 42, US 12). I don't actually own scales right now but i guesstimate that i'm about 190lbs.
I'm a student, vegetarian, and have been studying abroad for the past 6 months but will be returning to the UK in 2 weeks.
I've tried to lose weight and get into shape so many times in the past but always give up or get lazy because of a lack of discipline and motivation. But this time i'm determined to succeed and keep going, which is why i've decided to make this tumblr; hopefully sharing my journey with the world will help me to stay focused.
IMPORTANT: this is not a thinspiration blog, it's a HEALTHY weight loss blog. I don't want to get skinny or as tiny as possible, i want to get slim but still curvy, but most importantly, i want to get fitter and healthier.
