This is a great workout to do when you first wake up in the morning or right before you go to bed(:
So i did this workout first thing this morning to kick-start my day. Harder than you’d think for 4 minutes. By the end i was sweaty and out of breath! I’m gonna do this at least 4 times a week (as well as other exercise), and see how i improve over time, like a challenge. It’s only 4 MINUTES, less time than it takes to make a cup of tea, so NO EXCUSES!
